Charcoal-grilled steaks and seafood are the specialties coming out of the exhibition-style kitchen at Anthony’s Steakhouse. Look for oysters on the half shell from the raw bar. Prime cuts of beef on the reserve list come from the Marnell family's (the owners) Double Fork Ranch. Interesting dishes include the BLT soup served with a mini grilled cheese; rack of lamb with truffle ratatouille; pan-seared sea bass with a sesame-soy glaze; and desserts like peanut butter pie and Anthony’s signature milk chocolate soufflé. Sit out on the patio for views of the pool and the Strip to the north. A happy hour features specially-priced appetizers nightly from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the bar and lounge.
