Apricots Restaurant Review: This charming Farmington restaurant features a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, a riverfront view, and good food to boot. The service can be uneven---but that doesn't seem to deter the mainly local clientele, who know there's more to life than getting a napkin draped across your lap. From the crab cakes to the meatloaf to the duck confit, the kitchen does inventive, flavor-forward, prettily presented comfort cuisine. Try the grilled, lemon butter-brushed swordfish; with a side of young asparagus, roasted fingerling potatoes and fresh dill aïoli, it's one of the restaurant’s signature dishes. Take advantage of the seasonal nightly specials and happy hour martini menu. |
