Archeo Restaurant Review: Featuring rustic brick walls and tables made from 150-year-old wood, Archeo’s décor is inspired by its location in the Distillery District’s former carpentry shop. Corporate executive chef Andre Walker and executive chef Tim Miles are responsible for the collaborative dishes. Diners can choose from sandwiches, pizzas and pastas such as linguine carbonara, veal scallopine, and seafood like grilled West Coast salmon with kale, capers, and lemon-rosemary butter. Skip the sweets and order one of five specialty coffees, perhaps the Bourbon Furnace or Inebriated Elephant. There's also an adequate cocktail list, several craft beers and over a dozen wine selections. Although guests dine in one open-concept room, large, hanging photographs provide a degree of privacy between tables.
