The Artisan Cheese Gallery Restaurant Review

: One of L.A.’s top fromageries, this charming shop has dozens of varieties on hand, whether your preference is a stinky yet delicious Maroilles from northern France, Roaring Forties blue from Australia or Old Kentucky Tomme, an artisan goat cheese from Indiana. This delightful shop also makes some of the best sandwiches in the area, served on artisanal breads from Breadbar, the L.A. outpost of famed Parisian boulanger Eric Kayser. Choose from duck confit with fig spread and Dutch Parrano cheese on pain de mie, or a New Orleans-style muffaletta.

The sandwiches were good but the wait was long. Salads come in an huge bowl, impossible to finish. Didn't like that we had to share our table with a stranger. But nice and friendly inside.
