 In the seventeenth-century sailors' inn on the Adour River, the ambiance is as warm as the cooking of Stéphane Rouville is excellent. Try dishes like Adour salmon with nettles and duck au jus, beef filet flanked by a herbed pain perdu, or suckling lamb with quinoa. The well-chosen wine list offers an interesting selection of Southwestern vintages.
