Auntie Pasto's Restaurant Review: Auntie Pasto’s offers standard Italian fare with a hint of Texas at reasonable prices. We like the lunch menu, which allows you to eat late --- until 4 p.m. --- as well as the daily specials, like the crawfish Minelli, available during mudbug season. We’re also fond of the big meatball sandwich, although the sauce isn’t as spicy as we would like. Still, it comes with soup or salad for a filling meal. Dinnertime draws a family crowd for the large portions. The "To Die For" dessert lives up to its name. All in all, it's a great neighborhood spot for families, plus it offers a special kids’ menu with basics like mac ‘n’ cheese, spaghetti and ice cream sundaes, all for around five dollars.
