Auntie Pasto's Restaurant Review:
Auntie Pasto’s offers standard Italian fare with a hint of Texas at reasonable prices. Check out the lunch menu, which allows you to eat late (until 4 p.m.), as well as the daily specials, such as the crawfish Minelli, available during mudbug season. We’re also fond of the big meatball sandwich, although the sauce isn’t as spicy as we would like; still, it comes with soup or salad for a filling meal. Dinnertime draws a family crowd for the large portions. The "To Die For" dessert lives up to its name. A special kids’ menu lists the basics: mac ‘n’ cheese, spaghetti and ice cream sundaes. There's a nice view, too, as the bistro looks out over Bellaire's Paseo Park.
