Chef/owner Joe Kim started this Asian-inspired food truck and has since expanded it to a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Little Tokyo. You can still find these eats on the streets, though, including the signature pork belly buns, peanut butter carnitas, and tamarind duck tacos.
