Furious Spoon Restaurant Review:
Chef Shin Thompson (Bonsoiree, Kabocha), Mario Ponce and Anshul Mangal are behind ramen spot Furious Spoon in Wicker Park. Thompson makes the noodles in-house, using a machine he brought back from Japan. The signature Furious Ramen features spicy miso, chashu pork belly, white pepper chicken, poached egg, marinated mushrooms, garlic relish and "fury sauce." Also located at 2410 N.
