The Grove Artisan Kitchen at Miramonte Resort & Spa has always stayed true to creating menus that are seasonal and infused with ingredients sourced from nearby growers and purveyors. Organic produce, fresh herbs, farm-raised meats and poultry, and seafood plucked from the Pacific Ocean are mainstays. The cured meat board is an ideal starter for the table with its cheeses, olives and whole-grain mustard. Slow-braised rabbit meets pasta, foraged mushrooms and garden peas and is dusted with wheel-grated Parmesan. Things are kept simple when it comes to desserts, with just a few offerings, including a cobbler and crème brûlée, both of which pair nicely with the selection of wines and ports.
