Dining in Philippe Chavent's magnificent restaurant is a memorable experience. Try dishes like the fabulous oyster cream with caviar, excellent pan-roasted red mullet with lentils, and anything from the tempting dessert cart. Good selection of Burgundies. Efficient though somewhat chilly service.
