Austin's Launderette serves up Southern-influenced New American fare in a space that was once a laundromat and gas station. Expect dishes like fried oysters; blackened okra with purple hull pea, ras el hanout and mint serrano oil; and hanger steak with anchovy-kale butter. Brunch brings buttermilk pancakes with blueberry maple compote and a biscuit sandwich with scrambled egg, bacon and aged cheddar.
