Lyon Hall Restaurant Review:

Twentysomethings and thirtysomethings have locked onto a corner gathering place with loud acoustics and a fetching menu that stars the kitchen’s house-cured meats. You may want fish or a skirt steak with frites, but you’d be well pleased with any of the sausages or wursts, and the Hungarian lamb sausage with the fingerling potato salad is a good place to start. Among the pastas is a braised duck maultaschen. If you want only a sampling of the charcuterie, start with several small items, and switch gears to the gamier dishes as entrées. Oh, and don’t pass up the house-cured sauerkraut (cabbage, turnip, or celeriac), a rarity in most restaurants. Lyon Hall features an enticing list of wines and a nice selection of brews.
