Mother's Bistro & Bar moved to a larger location at Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Downtown and Mother's Velvet Lounge & Café inhabits the original space. Expect Southern comfort food dishes such as Gulf shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, and a BLGT with bacon, lettuce and fried green tomatoes on country bread with Tabasco mayonnaise. There is also a variety of desserts, espresso drinks and a full bar with beer, wine and cocktails.
