This well-furnished, upscale restaurant inside The Ritz-Carlton, Cleveland, will cost you a pretty penny, but if it’s fresh, seasonal ingredients, swanky comfort food and creative cocktails you seek, look no further. Start with the pierogies served with barbecued pork and Brussels kraut, followed by the seared Block Island swordfish steak or the chicken paprikash. If you’re feeling indecisive, let Muse’s chef take the lead and opt for the three-course Farmer’s Market Menu, where the chef will personalize your experience with dishes comprised of seasonal farmer’s market ingredients. Pairings are also available. Finish your meal with the strawberry cheesecake and a glass of port. As expected, Muse's wine list is as topnotch as the service.
