About the restaurant: In the former Aureole space at Mandalay Bay comes Retro by Voltaggio, from TV star celebrity chef brothers Michael and Bryan Voltaggio. (They previously hosted pop-up dinners at Harvest at Bellagio.) This is a one-year culinary residency as part of the resort's plan to host "Top Chef" stars for limited residencies.
