The Skellig Restaurant Review:
The Skellig in Dallas gets its name from the Skellig Islands off the coast of Ireland. (You might be familiar with them as a filming location for "Star Wars: The Last Jedi.") As at sister pub The Old Monk, a specialty is the fish and chips with handcut chips and homemade tartar sauce. You'll also find burgers, sandwiches and tacos, plus bread pudding or a Jameson chocolate brownie for dessert. More than a dozen beers (Guinness, then mostly local) are on draught.
