Twin Creeks Steakhouse Restaurant Review:

About the restaurant: Twin Creeks, with its modern, intimate dining room, is one of Las Vegas’ most distinctive steakhouses, on or off the Strip.

Food & Drinks: Its classic dinner menu features cold-water lobster tail, crab, scallops, salmon, halibut and several cuts of Prime beef. All of the beef is 100% Certified Black Angus, except for the colossal 40 oz Creekstone Farms Tomahawk for two, which fills the table with lobster mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, black-truffle butter, bearnaise sauce and red wine demi-glace. The other cuts are 10 oz flat iron with chimichurri; 22 oz cowboy rib-eye; 28 oz porterhouse; 8, 10 or 14 oz filet mignon; 12 or 18 oz prime rib; and 16-ounce New York Strip hand-cut in house and char-grilled on a Montague broiler. These dishes come with a basket of artisan breads. Sides include loaded potato puree, lobster mac ‘n’ cheese, foraged mushrooms and au gratin potato. An extensive wine list, boutique bourbons and creative cocktails complement the cuisine.
