Westbank Grill Restaurant Review:
The Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole is home to the Westbank Grill, featuring a large stone fireplace and views of Rendezvous Peak. On offer are breakfast favorites; salads, soups and sandwiches for lunch; and for dinner, steaks, seafood and wild game dishes. The menu changes daily but might feature options such as venison loin with caramelized parsnips, currant-braised red cabbage and apple schnapps sauce. The wine list includes more than two dozen options available by the glass.
