Wolfy's Hot Dogs Restaurant Review:
This unassuming, cheerful hot dog stand is officially a Chicago institution. (It's been around since 1967.) Red hots come encased in a traditional steamed poppy seed bun with a choice of crunchy condiments --- but we also suggest trying one slathered with cheese or chili. Wolfy's caters especially to hearty appetites, but try to leave room for the crispy fries topped with cheese. The menu also offers burgers, Italian beef sandwiches, gyros, a half chicken plate and more. The stand offers junior versions and kids’ meals, too. Satisfy your sweet tooth with cookies, apple turnovers, sundaes or milkshakes.
