Adventurous dining in the northern 'burbs has just expanded with the opening in February 2003 of Azél, where sushi, soft-shell crab and steak get equal billing. French touches consist of haricots verts here and a beurre blanc there. But these influences aren't really integrated into a cohesive whole.
