B&B Burger & Beer Restaurant Review

: B&B Burger & Beer’s décor is bright and cheerful, with an orange and yellow motif, undulating ceiling and outdoor patio overlooking The Venetian’s Grand Canal and the Vegas Strip. B & B refers to Batali & Bastianich, but in this case, also burger & beer. Both are in abundance, with signature burgers made from fresh-ground USDA Prime Black Angus, and the option to customize with a choice of bun, cheese, topping and sauce. We like The Morning After, which doubles as a hangover cure, topped with sunny side egg, truffle aïoli, sautéed mushrooms and Fontina. The adventurous may opt for the aptly named The Bottom Burner fired with Mario’s hot sauce, jalapeño pesto, pepper jack and onion rings. Non-burger selections are worth the price of admission, with standouts such as shishito peppers and romesco, fried oysters and rémoulade, and warm potato salad coated with a mustard cream sauce. The craft beer menu covers the major beer styles with 48 draft and bottle choices, including locally brewed Big Dog’s Line Cook Ale, which is made exclusively for the restaurant. Shakes come with or without alcohol and serve as the dessert menu, such as the Nutella with vanilla ice cream and candied hazelnuts.
