A & B Lobster House Restaurant Review: A & B Lobster House delivers on elegance (white tablecloths, dark wood, candlelight) and a fine dining menu emphasizing seafood and steaks. Classics like oysters Rockefeller, jumbo shrimp cocktail, and even caviar service make a winning comeback here (actually, they just never left --- this restaurant’s been in business since 1947), and are served so sparkling fresh you will remember why they’re so beloved. We also recommend the lobster bisque, and if you long for the gratification of a surf ‘n’ turf combination --- filet with béarnaise, grouper Oscar or whole steamed lobster --- this is the place to go all out. There’s even a bananas Foster for dessert. Because of the timeless, well-tested quality of the menu, it’s a good choice for mixed-aged groups or diners who like to know exactly what they’re getting.
