Bad Dog Taqueria Restaurant Review: At Bad Dog Taqueria, tortillas are made locally and the attention to detail goes all the way to the house-made ketchup. All-natural chicken is sourced from north Georgia's Springer Mountain Farms. Appetizers include freshly made salsa with very good crisp chips and a notable queso, which may be ordered with chorizo. Tacos reflect a wide range of flavors, from Indian to Korean, for which the pork belly comes from Thompson Family Farms in south Georgia. Many of these same flavors may be ordered as burritos, and there is a burger (grass-fed beef). Salads are offered, as are vegetarian tacos; gluten-free options cost a small upcharge. For dessert, hit the tres leches cake. The wine list is short but fairly well composed, and there's a beer list plus margaritas.
