| How can you go wrong with a fast food restaurant that uses no can openers, freezers, MSG, lard or microwaves? They don't need to flaunt it, though, because the food quality is evident on its own. You'll find many Cal-Mex favorites, including tacos and burritos with fresh char-grilled chicken and steak. The burritos are the best, and the biggest, items on the menu. They range from traditional to interesting, like the chicken Caesar burrito with crisp romaine, blue cheese and chipotle Caesar dressing. For a change, try the fish taco Baja style or the pesto quesadilla. All meals come with complimentary chips and a trip to the fresh salsa bar. Be sure to try the fire-roasted chipotle salsa. |
