| Nestled in Texas Station's cheerful food court, Baja Fresh emphasizes fresh ingredients and prepared-to-order fare. Some items, including soft tacos, burritos, taquitos and tostadas, take a while to be served but are certainly worth the wait. Tortilla soup has been added to the menu. The charbroiled mahi mahi ensalada is topped with avocado, tomato slices and cotija cheese, and served with pico de gallo and avocado salsas; the chicken quesadilla is a giant pie served with fresh salsa and sour cream. Created with grilled tortillas, the charbroiled chicken, shrimp and steak fajitas are accompanied by grilled vegetables, guacamole, rice, beans, fresh pico de gallo salsa, sour cream and chips. Choose your heat level from the selection at the fresh salsa bar. |
