THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bally's Steakhouse Restaurant Review:
Reminiscent of a British-style hunt club, this steakhouse is decorated with brass chandeliers and hunter green and white-striped wall coverings adorned with framed prints of horses and jockeys. For starters, we like the roasted lobster bisque and the pan-seared, bacon-wrapped sea scallops with sage brown butter. The bone-in, 24-ounce rib-eye steak is still a favorite. Carnivores also like the lamb chops with natural thyme lamb jus, garlic, tomato and baby zucchini. For seafood lovers, cedar-planked wild salmon with maple-ginger glaze is accompanied by wasabi asparagus tips, and the pan-seared day boat scallops with lemon-thyme butter is complemented by mushroom truffle risotto. Among sweet finales are the hazelnut chocolate crispy praline cake and caramelized apple tart.
