This restaurant’s authentic Vietnamese cuisine makes it a Connecticut rarity. Some standouts: sweet and sour fish soup, goi tom thit (shrimp and pork salad with tamarind dressing) and thit heo nuong (lemon grass-scented cubes of beef in chili sauce). The atmosphere is more American coffee shop than Saigon, but this is a place to come for the food, not the décor.
