| Whether it’s curry or sushi you’re craving, you’ll find plenty to choose from at Bangkok Alley. One of the independently owned restaurant’s four Mid-South branches, the downtown location features a casual yet stylish ambience. Among the Thai offerings you'll find sea bass with chili sauce and classic panang curry. The sushi rolls sport names suggesting local flavor, such as the Memphis (shrimp tempura, crab, mayo, eel and cucumber) or the Southaven (crawfish, teriyaki beef and scallion). The friendly staff is knowledgeable about the menu and more than happy to offer suggestions to those new to Thai or Japanese cuisine. Some organic options are available among the respectable wine selections. For dessert, try the mango ice cream. |
