Bar Pleiades is one of our Top 10 Craft Cocktail Bars in the U.S.
 Like its adjacent sister restaurant Café Boulud, the cocktail menu at Bar Pleiades is organized in four sections: "La Tradition" (classics), "La Saison" (drinks inspired by the seasons), "Le Potager" (featuring ingredients from farmers' markets) and "Le Voyage" (globally influenced). For the striking black and white décor, designer Lauren Rottet was inspired by the Art Deco period and style icon Coco Chanel.
