| This snug bistro became a Village mainstay thanks to its appealingly distressed décor, pleasant bar scene and reasonably priced French-Moroccan fare. While nothing about Bar Six is terribly special, the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Order a glass of wine from the selection listed on the mirror on the wall and dig into a good burger, salad or tasty couscous generously topped with vegetables or chicken. Bar Six is busiest early, when after-work crowds pack the bar, and late, when hungry night owls groove to the DJ’s tunes as they eat. |
