Barnacle Bill’s Restaurant Review: This is the quintessential Jersey Shore restaurant/bar with nautical décor, hearty pub grub consisting mainly of seafood (don't skimp on the steamers) and burgers (go for the cheddar burger) served at reasonable prices. And there’s an appetizer that is almost a meal in itself: mussels en casserole, the mussels bathed in a tasty marinara. Otherwise, the menu has few standouts, but there’s always a good selection of beers. Dessert list is short and sweet with homemade cheesecake and Toll House pie à la mode the best choices. Weekends find long lines (the wait can be in the hours) to get a table, but regulars flock to the place no matter.
