 In Portland, old warehouses don’t die. They’re reborn into sleek restaurants. Bay 13 is stylish and industrial---a refurbished historic 1909 warehouse with distinct areas tied together with sophisticated lines. There’s an oyster bar, a crudo bar serving raw fish, and a plain old bar bar producing topnotch handcrafted specialty cocktails. The dining room continues the restaurant’s sustainable seafood mission with tasty sushi, small plates and a few entrées such as penne primavera or Moroccan chicken.
