Begin with starters such as soft spring rolls with shrimp (goi cuon) or pork (bi cuon) or the soft-wrap bo bia. Entrées include assorted noodle and rice dishes, and the highlighted special, bun bo Hué, turns out to be a steaming broth filled with beef and thick egg noodles. For a change of pace, try the bun cha Ha Noi, a grilled pork soup. Another must: the refreshing fresh lemonade.
