THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED bBd’s – Beers Burgers Desserts Restaurant Review:

About the restaurant & décor: This 200-seat restaurant is bedecked with a wooden arched ceiling, custom chandeliers, full-length windows, an open kitchen and a fully visible butcher room where you can view the Prime beef being prepared for the gourmet burgers on the menu.

Likes: For the beef burgers only USDA Certified Prime is used, a superior grade with amazing tenderness, juiciness, flavor and fine texture based on fat marbling and maturity that accounts for only 2 percent of all beef produced in the U.S.
Dislikes: The beer list contains only one local beer, but management claims more Vegas beers will added soon.

Food & Drinks: Worthy starters include Korean BBQ fries with kimchi, fried egg and bulgogi-marinated beef; and crispy confit naked wings cooked low and slow in rendered chicken fat. Three different cooking methods are used to cook the gourmet burgers: fired over embers of cherrywood and charcoal; on a griddle creating a crispy brown crust; and steamed over chopped onions. Burgers can be customized with 11 types of cheese, 16 house-made sauces and 11 meats, eggs and veggies. Non-beef menu options include a turkey burger, lamb gyro tacos and fried chicken sandwich; and a sizable vegetarian/vegan section offers a falafel burger, vegan BBQ nachos and Impossible burgers made with the protein-rich seitan. As the name implies, indulgent desserts are served, including handcrafted milkshakes featuring an all-natural house-made soft serve, custard-based shake prepared in both boozy and non-alcoholic versions. The craft beer program is driven by a custom-designed high-tech 35-tap draft system, a rotating menu of 60-plus bottles and cans and authentic cask beer.
