Benihana Restaurant Review

: Long before this country's pan-Asian and Pacific Rim culinary boom, there was Benihana. The restaurant continues to awe newcomers and kids with the dazzling dexterity of its knife-flipping chefs at the table, slicing, dicing and cooking teppanyaki-style before your eyes --- dinner and a show, to say the least. From Japanese-style steak, chicken and seafood accompanied by a mound of rice and vegetables, this is one way to get the younger set to eat well. Highlights include hibachi scallops, the Samurai Treat (filet mignon and shrimp), and twin lobster tails.
