With dozens of beers available at the bar, the alcoholic offerings are much more ambitious than the menu. Regardless, Bennigan's does shine in some areas, offering decent food in a loud (some say fun) atmosphere. Try any of the hefty salads, or stick with the giant burgers and fajitas, or the over-the-top Monte Cristo, a sandwich that combines ham, turkey, and Swiss and American cheeses on wheat bread that has been dipped in batter and deep-fried. Lighten up with an Asian chicken salad or grilled salmon. The best way to top off such an entrée?
