Bertucci's Brick Oven Pizzeria Restaurant Review: Bertucci's is a sure thing when it comes to a neighborhood gathering place, where families are welcome and there is most likely something on the menu for everyone. An extensive array of Italian standards ranges from spaghetti to chicken Parma, but it is the brick-oven specialties that are the most popular. Appetizers include a three-cheese focaccia and roasted artichoke fonduta. Or try the baked tortellini and chicken gratinati, a tri-color tortellini tossed with chicken, cream and cheese. Brick-oven entrées include salmon Florentine, a roasted Norwegian salmon filet with caper sauce and wilted spinach, or the Tuscan vegetable torta with chicken. Ask for a ball of pizza dough to keep kids entertained after you order, and plan to share when meals arrive. There is plenty for everyone. |
