| Specializing in Indian "tapas,” Bhojanic offers such dishes as saag paneer and spiced okra with caramelized onions, which may be tamed by a tangy raita. Ali gobi combines potatoes and cauliflower with ginger and onions --- an appealing, healthful dish. We also like the onion and spiced graham flour pakora with mint and tamarind chutney for a light snack. Goat cooked on the bone yields tender garlic-and-onion-scented meat in a yogurt-based sauce, and the chicken tikka masala, also cooked on the bone, comes out butter tender. For dessert, get the ras malai, cheese dumplings in a light saffron-scented cream sauce. The short wine list offers a Gewürztraminer and some Rieslings that pair well with the food.
