When it comes to the food, expect nothing but what Momma would cook, but know it will be served by a glamorous staff and presented in imaginative style. The kitchen takes pride in using a lot of fresh produce and seafood along with pasta staples. One hot plate is the grilled shrimp served on top of lobster risotto.
