Unlike its sleek Bin 36 predecessor, this downsized wine bar is intimate and cozy. Natural materials---a cork partition, zinc-topped bar---and a food bar affording a great view of the kitchen meld with wine-friendly bites that aren’t an afterthought. Expect seasonal, vino-requisite dishes, and know they'll be quite well executed. The wood-fired white pizza, which is topped with roasted garlic, wild mushrooms and pecorino cheese, is a must. Also a good choice is the wood-roasted brick chicken served alongside a frisée salad with grain mustard crème fraîche. There’s a good array of snacks, too, as in tempura green beans and cheese flights, but entrées like oven-roasted halibut with panzanella also satisfy.
