Located within The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton Towers, Boston Common, BiNA is a combination osteria-alimentari. The restaurant is a stark, open space with muted brown walls and soaring windows, with cooking that stands in bold contrast to the cold décor: forest mushroom confit with herbs is downright soul-warming while grilled sweetbreads with tonnato and lemon never tasted so good. Indulge in a dish of tortellini with smoked hen ragù, walnut sauce, apples and Calcagno cheese or braised veal cheeks with creamy polenta, tomato and saffron. The wine list boasts selections like Tenute Dettori “Tuderi” and Jermann Red Angel on the Moonlight. Pick up a bottle of wine at the alimentari to bring home. The well-edited dessert menu reveals an heirloom apple crostata with cinnamon gelato and an extensive array of apéritifs. (Note: There’s free validated parking at the Ritz-Carlton Millennium Place Garage on Boylston Street when dining at BiNA.)
