Bistro Buffet Restaurant Review: The spacious, modern Bistro Buffet offers traditional buffet items including carved-to-order steak and turkey with sage dressing. Salmon, Portuguese seafood and sausage stew, New England fish fry and etouffée are also available. At the salad bar, we fill a chilled plate with romaine topped with good tuna, pasta salad and fruits and vegetables, accompanied by a bowl of creamy New England clam chowder and Middle Eastern specialties such as baba ghanouj and hummus with pita. Pizzas are the Italian signature item, along with Parmesan bread sticks, spaghetti, penne, meatballs, and marinara and creamy clam sauces. At the Asian display are vegetable spring rolls, beef and broccoli, and 10-treasure chow mein. Desserts include vanilla and chocolate soft ice cream, bite-size pastries and peach cobbler. Espresso fans will be pleased by the self-serve coffee machine, which features cappuccino and caffè latte. Breakfast $8.99 (children 5-10 $5.99); Lunch $12.99 (children 5-10 $9.99); Dinner $20.99 (children 5-10 $16.99); Brunch $19.99 (children 5-10 $16.99).
