Black-eyed Sally's BBQ & Blues Restaurant Review

: James Varano's Sally's is the quintessential city destination for those looking for down-south food and music. The Asylum Street landmark boasts a roadhouse menu that includes its trademark barbecued ribs as well as Cajun popcorn and jambalaya, pulled pork and blackened catfish, and smoky gumbo loaded with chicken, crawfish and andouille sausage. Round out a meal with classic pecan pie. The cocktail taking center stage is the rum-laced “Hurricane Sally.” More than 30 draught and bottle beers and a limited number of wine selections are also offered. On the weekends, get ready for some rockin' R&B, Sally-style. Laid-back and accommodating whether you are in a suit and tie or jeans and T-shirt, this is the place to feed your body and your soul.
