| This stylish sushi bar brings to mind L.A. in the '80s. Sleek lacquered wood and traditional sake pots are set against giant video screens playing Japanese animation. Add a pulsing techno soundtrack and you're blown away before you've taken your seat. The restaurant's name alludes to its dish of northern puffer, a harmless cousin to the poisonous fugu. We recommend the sushi plates over other menu items. |
