THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Blu Burger Grille Restaurant Review:
THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Behold the upscale burger. For diners at Blu, that means truly having it “your way.” First, there’s the patty. Choose four to eight ounces of Kobe (Wagyu) or Angus beef, lamb, crab cake, turkey or organic vegetable. Next, select a bun, including ciabatta, whole wheat, onion, tomato basil or white. Then, wade through almost 30 toppings, from standards like cheddar cheese, pickles and jalapeños to fancier stuff like chopped garlic, spinach, mozzarella and Gorgonzola. There are fries, of course, either regular or sweet potato. And non burger-biters can go for well-crafted sandwiches like chicken with avocado and bacon, or salads, such as a Cobb. All this in a slick, urban casual setting makes paying up to $11 for a burger seem like almost a bargain.
