If you're a Los Angeles transplant jonesing for an In-N-Out burger, Blue 9 Burger is happy to welcome you with a West Coast greeting. Five types of burgers are cooked to order, the meat is never frozen, and fries don’t languish under a heat lamp. As the name suggests, the dining area is predominantly blue and manages a modest funhouse feel. But the décor is plainly second to the burger in attention.
