Blue Danube Restaurant Review:

The Blue Danube, an Ohio State campus area staple since 1940, is the Columbus equivalent of Boston’s Cheers. Once you start patronizing it, you are likely to become a regular. Be prepared to get hooked on the classics like the 'Dube burger, club sandwich, deluxe grilled cheese or the daily blue plate specials (Thursdays are turkey and dressing). Come nightfall, folks take advantage of the 'Dube’s full bar and late-night specials like Monday and Tuesday’s cheeseburger ($2) or all-beef frank ($3). Looking to celebrate? Grab the 'Dube Dinner Deluxe: a bottle of Dom Perignon Champagne and two grilled cheese sandwiches (made with Roquefort, of course). If you keep coming back, maybe they’ll let you hand-paint one of the ceiling tiles.
