Blue Palms Brewhouse Restaurant Review:

Plenty of interesting bar food is available at this Hollywood Boulevard gastropub, including steamers, fish tacos and nachos, plus more substantial entrées like lobster mac ‘n’ cheese, fish ‘n’ chips and steaks. Sandwiches range from barbecued pork belly to a veggie burger --- with tofu on the menu, this is one bar where vegetarians aren’t forgotten --- and a sausage plate can include wild exotic meats like boar, pheasant, gator and elk with sauerkraut and chipotle aïoli. The truffle burger is a signature, and house-baked bread or pretzel balls are offered with a variety of interesting condiments. An extensive selection of craft beers is projected onto a screen above the bar, and desserts include Rocky Top, a massive cake-candy-sundae hybrid.
