Boars Head Restaurant & Tavern Restaurant Review: Go ahead and smirk at the Olde English décor and menu shtick. Once your server sets a savory, pink-centered slab of prime rib at your place, it will all make perfect sense. Boars Head Restaurant & Tavern is part classic steak-and-lobster house, part nightclub and part tourist attraction. That said, the food is reliably fresh and well prepared, service is competent and friendly and the live entertainment doesn't overwhelm the dining experience. Boars Head is a favorite happy hour spot for locals, and the wine list gets high marks. |
